Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Instadate, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements. We reserve the right to modify terms at any time; your continued use signifies acceptance.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your profile. Provide accurate, non-misleading information; do not impersonate others or create multiple accounts. You may browse profiles freely but must respect member boundaries and platform guidelines.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: harass, threaten, or discriminate against other members; post illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content; use automated tools to scrape data or simulate activity; attempt to circumvent platform features; or engage in commercial solicitation. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Content Ownership and Licensing

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Instadate a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform for operational purposes. We may remove content that violates terms without notice. You represent that you have rights to all submitted content and it does not infringe third-party rights.

Platform Limitations

Instadate provides a venue for direct browsing and communication; we do not guarantee matches, relationships, or specific outcomes. We are not liable for member interactions offline. The platform is offered "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Termination and Disputes

We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of terms. Upon termination, your access ceases, but certain provisions survive. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law, unless you opt out within 30 days of account creation. These terms are governed by the laws of our jurisdiction.
